As the Seven-Day Meditation Retreat continued to expand, we gained more experience in organizing the event. Venues changed, and people came and went, but what remained unchanged was our aspiration to benefit all sentient beings. Senior Sangha Fan Yu taught the Practice of Eliminating Ego-Clinging, helping us to understand its impact on our lives and spiritual practices. We realized that it was easy to understand the concept of "No Ego-Clinging" intellectually, but eliminating it required dedicated, long-term, and down-to-earth practices.
